Weekly Weigh In ~ #2 ~ Journey to Lose 150 lbs ~ 9/8/2021


I didn't exercise, at all this week.  I did manage to Intermittent Fast a few days but not as much as I wanted to.

Imagine my surprise when I reached my first mini-goal of getting below 290.0 lbs!

Now to keep some momentum and reach my next goal of 285.0 lbs.

9/8/2021 ~ 289.6

  1. Exercising is important to our health, but don't rely on it to help with weight loss.It's nutrition that does the work. You don't have to fast, just watch your daily calorie intake.
