A Fresh Start ~ 2/21/2025
I can't count the number of times that I've "started over" on my journey to getting healthier and losing weight. How many times have I given myself a "fresh start". I even created this blog, Colletta is Losing It!, to document my success. That was over 6 years ago. Then the same old, same old happened and I gave up, gave in and quit. Now, here I am, 46 years old, 301lbs, borderline diabetic, and have aches and pains that I shouldn't have at my age. Not to mention feeling uncomfortable in my skin AND my clothes. ~~~~~ Is this time any different? At this point, I honestly can't say. But I have HOPE. Because I'm DESPERATE. I'm DESPERATE for change. So, I deleted all the old posts (there weren't that many) and I'll start from here. A blank slate for new beginnings.
